Custom GAN / Ganpaign Chair

An exploration of custom-trained AI models using a Generative Adversarial Network. The model was trained on over 500 images from the "Designer's Guide to Scandinavian Patterns" using StyleGAN via RunwayML, generating glyph-like pattern elements.

The generated elements were curated and arranged into a repeating pattern, then woven into upholstery fabric for a campaign-style sling chair — merging machine learning with traditional textile craft.
